A Royal Farms gas station and convenience store will be one of the businesses that moves into the site being vacated by Rommel Harley-Davidson in New Castle. The motorcycle company is consolidating its Delaware operations ahead of a 2020 move to Middletown. The 35,500-square-foot commercial property spread across almost 6 acres was sold to a Baltimore-based private equity firm that plans on redeveloping the property into pad sites.
