Chase joined the real estate industry as a Junior in college and worked as VP of Real Estate Acquisitions for the family owned business, Grand Sport Auto Body. While gaining unprecedented experience in R.E Development, business operations and ground leasing, the company grew to nine locations before it was acquired.

Chase has a background in development, investment value-add properties, and residential subdivision/development. Chase has cultivated what many believe to be a professional, enthusiastic and creative approach to this business—as his goals at the early onset of his career were not only to benefit his clients’ with insight from a unique business background, but mostly to earn his clients’ trust.
