Bob rejoins Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate in 2012 with 42 years experience as a Business Owner, and Real Estate Investor. Bob is a Team Leader and has managed several development projects over the years and knows firsthand the Land Development, Zoning, EPA and Environmental issues in today’s market. Bob experience also includes serving on the board of directors with several business groups. Past President of the Paoli Business and Professional Association, Board of Directors of American Society of Inventors, Mobil Oil National Advisory Council, Past President of local (SSARAPA) and National (SSDA) Automotive Groups, served on ASA Legislative Committee, served on Main Line Chamber of Commerce board, served on Tredyffrin Townships Paoli Pedestrian Task Force and Paoli Transportation Committee and over the years receiving several awards for his outstanding leadership. In 1997 Bob was awarded Business Person of the Year by the Paoli Business and Professional Association receiving Citations from the PA House of Representatives and the PA State Senate.
