Westport Investment Group sold a 55,238 square-foot manufacturing and distribution building at 1526 Grundy’s Lane in Bristol for $3.85 million to an affiliate of Diamond Tool & Fasteners Inc., which maintains a facility 2800 Grays Ferry Ave in Philadelphia. Frank Roddy of Roddy Inc. represented the seller while Scott McCabe of Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
